by the Professional Power Tool Guide Crew
I love power tools. There is something about building something with your hands that just makes you feel complete. The funny thing is I get the same feeling when I take something apart, or cut it down. Good news for me, you can do all three of those things with power tools. Just the other week, I cut down a tree (just a small one) that had been bugging me for a while. It felt great to do it. I pretty much love all things mechanical, so my power tool collection gets more and more extensive every year. Incidentally, my finances go the opposite direction, but it’s worth it.

Unfortunately, it’s not all sunshine and wrecking crews. I have had some pretty bad experiences using power tools. Don’t misunderstand me, I’m great with operating them, but it seems as though the professional power tools are far better than the no name brands. The professional power tools have a better balance and are more user friendly. The off brands seem to lack the balance and sometimes the power.
If I’m going to be fair, I have to admit that I’ve had some pretty good no name brands also. Right now, I only invest in professional power tools that have a cord or a Lithium battery.
Look, don’t take away from this article that I hate any kind of power tools. I just don’t have it in me to hate something that I could build a house with. I just want something that works when I need it to work and as soon as I get that, you will see an entire row of houses all with the same initials on the lawn. Take a look at some professional power tools such as Hitachi and Makita.
